A LITTLE HELP WITH YOUR WEEKLY GREENS
Good questions.
Fresh answers.
From choosing your mix to making room for a week away, here are the details that keep your greens growing smoothly.
Your weekly greens
What comes in my delivery?
One container of fresh, locally grown microgreens—4 oz by weight—with the mix you choose. A little green for sandwiches, eggs, salads, and whatever’s on your plate.
Which mix should I choose?
Three mixes, each with a little personality:
- Classic: nutty, gently peppery.
- Bold: peppery, spicy, crisp.
- Wellness: mild, juicy, crisp.
Find the ingredients and serving ideas in Our greens. Exact varieties may vary with seed availability.
Can I choose a mix for the one-week trial?
Absolutely. Sprout gets the same choice of Classic, Bold, or Wellness. Pick your favorite from the mix dropdown when you order.
How do I keep my greens fresh?
Bring them inside promptly and refrigerate at 40°F or below. Wash before eating, washing only the portion you plan to use. Keep the rest dry in the closed container. The insulated bag helps on the journey; it doesn’t replace refrigeration. See our care and delivery guidance.
Plans & payments
Which plan is right for me?
Start with a taste, or make room for a weekly routine:
- Sprout: one delivery for $12. No deposit.
- Rooted: 8 weekly deliveries for $85, plus a $10 refundable container-and-cooler deposit ($95 total).
- Full Harvest: 12 weekly deliveries for $120, plus a $10 refundable container-and-cooler deposit ($130 total).
These prices cover the full plan, not a weekly charge. Explore the plans.
Will my plan renew automatically?
No automatic renewals here. Your prepaid plan ends after all purchased deliveries are fulfilled. When you’re ready for more, choose a new plan.
Why does my order need approval?
We want to give every little leaf a good home. Before accepting your order, we check your delivery address and make sure we have room to grow for you. Your grower then confirms your first delivery date and window.
When is my card charged?
Stripe authorizes your card at checkout, so you may see a temporary hold. We collect payment only after grower approval, normally within 48 hours. Your order summary shows the plan price and any refundable deposit before you submit.
From our farm to your door
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to approved addresses in Avondale, Downtown, Murray Hill, Ortega, Phoenix, Riverside, San Marco, and Springfield. Not sure whether your address is in reach? email us before ordering and we’ll help you check.
When will my first delivery arrive?
Friday is delivery day. First deliveries typically begin 10–14 days after your request, subject to address approval and growing capacity. We grow ahead, so your first date isn’t guaranteed at checkout. We’ll confirm your Friday and delivery window before your plan begins.
Do I need to be home?
Not if we can safely leave your delivery at the agreed spot. Add gate codes and helpful drop-off instructions when ordering, then bring your greens inside and refrigerate promptly. Please read the delivery policy for the details.
Where can I check my delivery status?
Sign in to your account using the email address from your order. Your delivery updates live there—no long tracking link to keep track of. If you haven’t made an account yet, use that same order email when signing up.
When life changes plans
Can I switch my mix?
Yes! With an 8- or 12-week membership, choose a new mix in your account. It applies to all future eligible deliveries until you change it again. Deliveries already past their cutoff keep their scheduled mix.
What is the deadline for changes?
Monday at 11:59 p.m., Jacksonville time, in the week before your Friday delivery—not during delivery week.
That’s before Tuesday of the previous week. We plant on Wednesday, ahead of the following week’s Friday delivery. The cutoff applies to mix changes, skips, pauses, and cancellations; changes after it apply to the next eligible delivery.
Going away—can I skip or pause?
Yes. Use your account before the cutoff. A skipped week doesn’t use up a delivery, and deliveries resume for the next eligible cycle.
For a longer break, pause for up to four weeks from your first affected delivery. Resume in your account or email us to cancel before your pause deadline. Paused weeks don’t count against your plan. If the deadline passes, deliveries stay on hold for staff review; we won’t automatically resume, cancel, or charge you. Resuming follows the same growing-time cutoff.
How do I change my address or cancel?
Please email us with your order email or reference. We’ll check a new address for delivery eligibility. For cancellations, unused weeks that haven’t entered production are refundable; deliveries already past their cutoff remain scheduled and aren’t refundable for a customer cancellation. See the refund policy for the full details.
Containers & a little extra help
How does the reusable-container swap work?
Keep your glass container and insulated bag for the next delivery. Empty the container and leave both items at your agreed collection spot. If you’re skipping or pausing, email us to arrange their return. A simple swap for your next little harvest.
How do I get my deposit back?
The 8- and 12-week memberships have a separate $10 refundable deposit; the one-week trial has none. When your plan ends, email us to arrange the final return and deposit refund. It isn’t issued automatically after the last delivery. If anything is lost or damaged, let us know so we can review it with you. More about reusable containers.
What if something isn’t right with my delivery?
Please email us within 24 hours if your greens arrive damaged, incorrect, spoiled, or below reasonable quality expectations. Share your order details and what happened; photos can help. We’ll review it with you and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund. See our refund and replacement policy.
