Weekly greens, with a little planning ahead.

Effective October 5, 2026

Where and when we deliver

We deliver on Fridays to approved addresses in Avondale, Downtown, Murray Hill, Ortega, Phoenix, Riverside, San Marco, and Springfield. Address eligibility and growing capacity are confirmed before your plan begins. First deliveries typically begin 10–14 days after your request, subject to address approval and growing capacity. We’ll confirm your Friday delivery date before your plan begins.

Your plan includes the number of weekly deliveries you purchased. Your account shows the dates and time windows confirmed by your grower. A paused or skipped week does not use up a purchased delivery.

The production cutoff

Submit changes by Monday at 11:59 p.m., Jacksonville time, in the week before your Friday delivery. This is before Tuesday of the previous week, not during delivery week.

For a Friday delivery, the cutoff is 11:59 p.m. on the Monday of the previous week—not the Monday during delivery week. We plant ahead, so changes received after the cutoff apply to the next eligible delivery. This timing applies to mix changes, skips, pauses, and cancellations.

Mix changes, skips, and pauses

For an 8- or 12-week membership, change your mix in your account. Your new selection applies to all future eligible deliveries until you change it again. Deliveries already past their cutoff keep their scheduled mix.

Skip a week in your account before its cutoff. That week does not count against your plan; deliveries resume for the next eligible cycle without a separate resume request.

You may pause before the cutoff for up to four weeks. Paused weeks do not count against your plan. Before four weeks pass from the first affected delivery, resume in your account or email us to cancel. Your account displays your deadline. At the deadline, staff review is required and deliveries stay on hold until we help you resume or cancel. There is no automatic resumption, cancellation, refund, or charge. Resuming follows the same growing-time cutoff; your account shows your confirmed schedule.

Address changes and access

Email tinyleafclub@gmail.com to request an address change. We review the new address for delivery eligibility before confirming it. Address changes are not currently self-service.

Provide correct gate codes, building instructions, and an agreed drop-off location. You do not need to be home if your delivery can be safely left at that location.

After delivery

Retrieve your greens promptly and refrigerate them. Insulated packaging helps during delivery; it does not guarantee safe storage outdoors for a set number of hours.

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the agreed location, responsibility transfers to you. This does not affect concerns about product quality that existed at delivery. Please report those within 24 hours.

If plans change on our end

Severe weather, road closures, crop issues, or other unexpected circumstances may affect a delivery. When possible, we will contact you with updated information.

If we cannot provide a purchased delivery, we will arrange an appropriate rescheduled delivery, replacement, credit, or refund. You do not lose a paid delivery because we could not fulfill it.

Caring for your greens

Keep refrigerated at 40°F or below and keep the container closed when not in use. Keep microgreens separate from raw meat, poultry, seafood, and their juices.

Wash before eating. Wash only the portion you plan to use, and do not store greens wet or damp. Dry washed greens thoroughly before returning them to refrigeration.

Discard greens with visible mold, significant sliminess, an unusual or unpleasant odor, or other clear signs of spoilage.
